Which do not agree. The right to vote is not universal by any stretch of the imagination.

The purest form of democracy is a group of people together in nature, all adults have an equal voice in all decisions and all other "leaders" a title selected in the best case, by the group itself and are subject to change at any time.

Only a small percentage of the Athenians could vote. Not even close to pure democracy.
